Referral Program Terms

1. Status of these terms

These Referral Program Terms are an additional marketing rule set for NapCoach AI. They apply together with the Terms of Use, Paid Services Terms, Privacy Policy, and Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds.

Participation is free. Referral rewards are not cash, electronic money, a gift card, or a transferable property right.

2. Referral invitations

A referral invitation is a personal link or promo code generated by NapCoach AI for an existing user.

A referral invitation does not grant access to a child's profile, family data, sleep diary, or settings. Shared child access is a separate caregiver invitation flow and never creates referral rewards or affiliate commissions.

Referral links may work in Telegram and MAX. Attribution is stored through a technical click token when the invited user registers within the configured attribution window.

3. Benefit for the invited user

The invited user may receive extra trial time and a discount on the first paid month when these benefits are shown in the product before registration or checkout.

No card is required to register or start the free period.

The first discounted payment is card-only: Tbank for RUB or Stripe for EUR/USD. Telegram Stars are not used for the first discounted payment and may be hidden until the referral discount is consumed, forfeited, or expired.

The referral discount does not stack with certificates, free access, another discount, or another promotion. If several benefits are eligible, NapCoach AI chooses the best eligible benefit and records that decision.

If the invited user does not make the first paid checkout before the trial and configured discount grace period expire, the first-month discount may expire.

4. Reward for the inviting user

The inviting user receives a reward only after the invited user's first successful paid payment survives the configured hold period without refund, reversal, chargeback, or abuse signal.

The reward is subscription time for NapCoach AI only. It is not paid as money, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold, gifted, or used outside the service.

Program v1 has a lifetime cap on successful rewarded referrals per user. The exact cap and reward duration are defined by service configuration and may be shown in the Mini App.

An issued but unapplied reward may expire if the user has no active subscription or other way to apply the reward before its expiry date.

5. Limits and anti-fraud review

Self-referrals, fake registrations, use of another person's account, purchased registrations, undisclosed incentivized traffic, spam, automation, and attempts to bypass program rules are forbidden.

The inviting user does not receive a reward when the inviting and invited users are part of the same family in the service, share active access to the same child profile, or create an obviously related technical or behavioral pattern.

NapCoach AI may hold, reject, or cancel a reward after a refund, dispute, chargeback, suspected abuse, high velocity of successful first-paid referrals, or violation of these terms.

Borderline cases are reviewed manually by the operator based on payment history, technical data, support requests, and good-faith behavior.

6. Attribution

Referral attribution applies for a limited window after a link click or promo code entry.

If both referral and affiliate attribution are possible for the same user, affiliate attribution wins. This prevents mixing customer subscription rewards with partner cash commissions.

Once a registration source is locked, it normally does not change. The operator may correct attribution manually only when there is a clear error.

7. Changes and ending the program

NapCoach AI may change program availability, reward sizes, limits, expiry windows, participant requirements, and country or platform eligibility.

Material changes are published with at least 30 days' notice unless a shorter change is needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment risk, or technical security.

Good-faith rewards already earned are preserved unless there is a refund, chargeback, rule violation, or another valid cancellation reason.
