1. What you consent to

By continuing onboarding, using the service, or submitting information to NapCoach AI, you consent, where required by law, to the processing described in this document and the Privacy Policy.

2. Categories covered

• Your account, contact, payment-support, and usage data.
• Child profile information, sleep and feeding events, notes, goals, and settings.
• Chat messages, AI requests, AI responses, support tickets, and other free-text content you voluntarily submit.
• Technical identifiers, logs, cookies, and local storage data reasonably necessary to operate the service.

3. Purposes covered by consent

• Running the service and maintaining your account and family profile.
• Generating analytics, plans, briefs, reminders, and AI output.
• Processing payments, receipts, refunds, subscription management, and support requests.
• Improving safety, reliability, and abuse prevention.

4. AI processing and transfers

You understand that some data may be sent to external AI providers and technical contractors so that NapCoach AI can generate responses, summaries, plans, or related features.

You also understand that this may involve cross-border processing outside your country of residence.

5. Child-related data

You confirm that you are authorized to provide the child-related data you submit, whether as a parent, legal guardian, or other person with lawful authority.

6. Withdrawal

You can withdraw consent by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before we received your request.

Even after withdrawal, we may keep or continue processing limited information where required by law or necessary for accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
