Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program status

The affiliate program is not a public offer to everyone. Participation requires an invitation or written approval from the NapCoach AI operator.

These terms apply together with any individual partner agreement, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable service documents.

The partner is not an employee, agent, representative, or franchisee of NapCoach AI. The partner independently chooses lawful promotion methods within these terms.

2. Acceptance

A partner can be activated only after explicitly accepting the current version of these terms in the service interface or after providing the operator with an externally signed agreement reference held outside the NapCoach AI database.

Payout details, bank details, card numbers, wallets, and other sensitive payment requisites are not stored in the NapCoach AI database in v1. The operator obtains and stores those details outside the service under a separate operational procedure.

The admin system may store only non-sensitive contact details, communication method, partner status, external agreement reference, operator notes, and external payout reference.

3. Allowed promotion

Honest recommendations are allowed in the partner's own channels: blog, Telegram/MAX channel, email list, client consultations, educational materials, webinars, private communities, and other channels approved by the operator.

The partner must describe NapCoach AI as an informational AI service for child sleep, not a medical device and not a substitute for a clinician.

The partner must use current links, promo codes, price descriptions, trial descriptions, and feature claims provided by NapCoach AI or approved by the operator.

4. Forbidden promotion

Spam, cookie stuffing, click farming, undisclosed incentivized traffic, fake reviews, fake screenshots, promises of medical outcomes, aggressive fear-based claims, misleading pricing, and unlawful advertising practices are forbidden.

Buying branded search traffic for NapCoach, NapCoach AI, nap.coach, or close spellings is forbidden unless the operator gives written approval.

The partner must not claim to be an employee of the service, promise individual medical consultation on behalf of NapCoach AI, collect NapCoach AI payments directly, or ask users to send child personal data to the partner instead of the service.

Violation may lead to partner suspension, cancellation of unpaid commissions, refusal to pay disputed accruals, and termination from the program.

5. Commission

Commission accrues only on successful paid events from users attributed to the partner within the agreed commission window.

No commission accrues on trial-only time, free access, certificates, referral discounts, cancelled payments, refunds, chargebacks, suspicious events, disputed registrations, or payments outside the commission window.

Commission is calculated in the original payment currency. RUB, EUR, and USD are not converted into each other and produce separate payout amounts.

The commission rate, commission window, hold period, and payout thresholds are defined by individual agreement or current program configuration. If no individual agreement says otherwise, the current NapCoach AI configuration applies.

6. Payouts

In v1, payouts are manual. The operator pays externally after the reporting period ends and the hold period for the relevant payments has passed.

A payout can be created only when the amount reaches the minimum threshold for the relevant currency. Amounts below the threshold roll forward to a later period.

The operator may hold or recalculate a payout after a refund, chargeback, rule violation, disputed attribution, technical error, or payment provider request.

After an external transfer, the operator records payout status, date, currency, amount, and a non-sensitive reference in the admin system. Sensitive payout details are not entered into the admin system.

7. Taxes and ad disclosures

The partner is responsible for taxes, social contributions, currency controls, reporting, self-employed status, company status, and any other applicable legal or tax regime.

If law requires ad marking, affiliate disclosure, ERID/ORD reporting, or other advertising notices, the partner is responsible for complying in the partner's channels. NapCoach AI may provide required details manually when agreed in advance.

The partner must not publish materials that violate third-party rights, platform rules, advertising law, privacy law, child protection rules, or medical information restrictions.

8. Suspension and termination

NapCoach AI may suspend or terminate a partner for rule violations, outdated contacts, suspicious traffic, high refund rate, reputational risk, or program shutdown.

Good-faith confirmed commissions are preserved unless there is a refund, chargeback, rule violation, fraud, or another valid cancellation reason.

Material changes are published or sent to partners with at least 30 days' notice unless a shorter change is needed for legal, payment, or technical security reasons.
