Paid Services Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply when you purchase a subscription, trial conversion, or other paid plan for NapCoach AI through the website, Telegram-related interfaces, or an authorized checkout page.

These terms work together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Consent to Data Processing, and Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds.

2. Service supplied

Paid access gives you a limited right to use the NapCoach AI features included in the selected plan for the period shown at checkout.

The service is informational and educational. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Checkout and acceptance

You accept these terms when you confirm a paid order, start a paid plan after an offered trial, or otherwise approve a recurring charge shown during checkout.

Plan features, price, currency, billing interval, and any trial details shown before payment become part of the commercial terms for that purchase.

4. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. Renewal timing and price are shown in the checkout flow or subscription management interface.

If a free trial is offered, the trial length and the date or condition of the first paid charge are disclosed before activation.

5. Payment processors

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store complete card numbers on our own servers.

You may be asked to provide an email address for receipts, billing notices, refunds, and support follow-up.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future automatic renewal before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves the current paid period active until it expires.

Refund handling is described in detail on the Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds page. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and provider or service-side technical failures are typically eligible for review and refund.

7. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate checkout information, maintain authority to submit child-related data, and use the service lawfully.

You remain responsible for all parenting, safety, and health decisions affecting the child.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selencia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for a paid billing period is limited to the amount you actually paid for that billing period, except where a higher amount is required by applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Paid Services Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except that mandatory consumer protection rights in your country may still apply where they cannot be waived.
