Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds

This page explains how NapCoach AI handles checkout, free trials, recurring subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, billing disputes, and receipt-related support.

1. Checkout

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another provider shown at checkout. You may be redirected to a secure payment page hosted by that provider.

We may ask for a receipt email address so we can send billing notices, support follow-up, and transaction records.

2. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, the trial length and the date or condition of the first paid charge are shown before you start the trial.

You can cancel before the first paid renewal if you do not want the subscription to convert into a paid plan.

3. Recurring subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. The renewal amount and interval are shown at checkout or in the subscription management flow.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge within a reasonable period or ask you to update the payment method.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel future automatic renewal before the next charge by using the subscription controls we provide or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, the current paid period remains active until it expires.

5. Refund policy

We review refund requests in good faith. Full or partial refunds are generally available for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, clear technical billing errors, or cases where paid access was not delivered because of our fault.

For digital subscriptions, completed or partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 14 days of the charge so we can investigate promptly.

6. How to request help

Email [email protected] with the charge date, amount, receipt email, and a short description of the issue.

Billing requests should be read together with the Paid Services Terms, because that document defines the commercial scope of the paid service.
