In the iOS/Android app, open Settings, scroll to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm. The account becomes unavailable immediately, while backups and downstream systems are cleared within 30 days. Mini App, Telegram, and MAX do not have that button; email [email protected] and include the platform, profile name, and account identifier visible to you in Telegram or MAX. The team will verify ownership separately; a linked email is used only when the account actually has one.

Good to know
Deleting NapCoach does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in store subscriptions. Payment/tax records, limited security logs, and already de-identified aggregates may be retained as legally required. Individual sleep and feed records can be deleted from history without deleting the account.

If the button is unavailable, deletion fails, or the native app cannot be accessed, email [email protected].
