In Telegram, open the certificate link supplied to you or send /redeem cert_xxxxxxxx in the private NapCoach bot chat. The issued direct and landing links currently open Telegram. In MAX, there is no generated certificate link: if you received the code separately, send the same /redeem cert_xxxxxxxx command in the private MAX bot chat. A valid pending certificate extends access from the later of now or the account's current paid-until date. A new user can redeem first and then complete onboarding.
Good to know
Each certificate can be redeemed once and belongs to the account that redeems it. Expired or revoked codes cannot be applied; a code already used by another account is reported as used. There is no redemption UI in the Mini App or native iOS/Android app, and group chats do not handle /redeem.
If it does not work
Contact payment support if a valid unused code is rejected, access was applied to another account, or one code extended access more than once.
