Terms follow the account's origin platform, not only the screen open now. A Telegram- or MAX-created account gets a 14-day trial plus 3 days of grace, then monthly or annual card plans. Telegram Stars are available only inside Telegram, and a Stars subscription cannot be managed from MAX. Use Mini App → Settings → subscription or send /payments in the same bot. A store-eligible iOS/Android account that can use Store billing gets a 3-day NapCoach trial with no grace; purchase, restore, and cancellation then happen in App Store or Google Play, whose screen shows any introductory offer and local price. A mobile account whose store cannot charge it, including RU/BY, gets 14 days plus 3 days of grace and a card checkout link in app chat. Shared family members inherit access, while the billing owner manages payment.
Steps
- For Telegram/MAX, open Mini App → Settings → subscription or send /payments in the same bot.
- For an Apple/Google subscription, manage it in the Store settings; use Restore purchases in the app if access is missing.
- For a mobile web-checkout account, open the payment link from the system message in app chat.
Good to know
The current checkout screen is the source of truth for price. Prepaid certificates and referral activation are bot-only. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it separately in the Store.
If it does not work
If payment succeeded but access did not appear, or the payment page does not open or shows a blank screen, write to [email protected] (or @napcoach on Telegram) with a screenshot and no payment credentials.
