In Telegram or MAX, open /settings → Timezone, choose a preset, or enter a valid IANA value such as Europe/Lisbon manually. In the Telegram/MAX Mini App, open Child and choose Timezone from the list. In the native iOS/Android app, open Child → Timezone and search or select a zone. Change it when travelling or moving. Mini App and native saves trigger recalculation of the visible day plan; after a bot change, subsequent plans, displayed times, and reminders use the saved zone.
Good to know
The setting belongs to the current user and selected child, so another linked caregiver may need to update their own setting. Changing timezone changes local display and schedule interpretation but does not move the underlying recorded event instants. Use a named IANA zone rather than a fixed UTC offset so daylight-saving changes can be handled.
If it does not work
Contact @napcoach if a valid IANA zone will not persist, the refreshed interface still uses another zone, or an event's absolute timestamp changed.
