Sleep and feeding widgets on iOS and Android

Separate widgets show the current state and timer and can start or end sleep and feeding.

On iOS, add the sleep or feeding widget to the Home Screen, or its compact version to a supported Lock Screen. Android provides Home Screen widgets. During an active event, the widget shows its start time, live duration, and an End button. Otherwise it shows time since the previous sleep or feed when known and a Start button.

Steps

  1. Add a NapCoach widget from the device widget gallery.
  2. Tap Start or End to record the event at the current time.
  3. If sync is pending, reconnect and allow the app to refresh.

Good to know

Widgets do not enter historical times or edit history. Sleep type is automatic; if feeding type is ambiguous, the app opens instead of guessing.

If it does not work

If the widget remains stale after opening the online app or never syncs an action, contact support from Help.
