Tracking on Apple Watch and Wear OS

The watchOS and Wear OS apps show current sleep and feeding and can quickly start or end them.

Apple Watch and Wear OS show the current sleep type, start time, and live timer. Starting sleep offers Day or Night; starting feeding offers the allowed feed types. An active event ends with one tap. watchOS also has a complication, while Wear OS has a Tile and complication. Events can wait to sync during a temporary connection loss.

Steps

  1. Sign in and select the child on the paired phone first.
  2. Open NapCoach on Apple Watch or Wear OS.
  3. Choose a type when starting, or end the active event.

Good to know

Watches do not edit history, show the plan, or open AI chat. A completed feed older than 12 hours is hidden as no longer useful.

If it does not work

If status never appears after opening the phone app or queued events do not sync, contact support from Help.
