Install the NapCoach mobile app and sign in with email. Then in the Telegram or MAX bot open the Mini App → Settings tab → Mobile app block, enter the same email and tap "Get the link". We email you a link; open it on the phone with the app. The child and all their history become available in the app automatically, with no manual copying. An active bot subscription also works in the app: there is no second payment, billing continues where it was purchased. A matching email alone, without the link from the Mini App, does not link accounts.
Steps
- Install the app and sign in with email.
- In the bot open the Mini App → Settings → Mobile app.
- Enter the same email and tap "Get the link".
- Open the emailed link on the phone with the app, or reopen the app; the child appears automatically.
Good to know
The link is valid for 72 hours; if it expires, request a new one in the same block. Sign in with Apple using Hide My Email gives a different address, so use email sign-in. The bot and app accounts stay separate and AI chat history is not moved.
If it does not work
If the emails match but the child or subscription does not appear, write to mail@nap.coach.
